For Alphabets: How do I download my purchase?
Once your payment has been accepted, a download link will be generated on the successful payment page, so DO NOT CLOSE THE PAGE. You will also receive the download link via email. Follow the link and save the file to your computer.
Additionally you can click on the PHIGRAPHIC LOGIN menu and enter your registered email and password, then under MY ACCOUNT you will see the available downloads.

For Alphabets: How long do I have to download my files?
As many times as you want, if you have any problem downloading your files, please contact me at pigrafico@gmail.com.


For all products: What is your shipping policy?
Since all of our products are digital, we do not ship printed physical product.

For Alphabets: How do I open the .zip file I downloaded?
Zip files are compressed files that contain the contents of what you are requesting. The reason they are compressed is to make downloading faster. Most computers have built-in decompression software, but if you are having trouble extracting, I suggest you use a free extractor. Windows users can go to www.7-zip.org and download a FREE extractor. Mac users can go to www.izip.com and download a FREE extractor.

Can I use your files to create projects for sale?
For alphabets: Yes, you can use them for commercial use, using the digital design in a physical project, product, artwork, etc. intended for resale.

For printable kits, chalkboard, backdrop, T-shirt logo, custom logo, video invitation: No, since they are custom logo designs for each particular client.
