What is a downloadable alphabet?
They are DIGITAL FILES (letters and numbers) that can be downloaded and used after purchase.

What can I use the alphabet files for?
You can use the alphabet files for scrapbooking, invitations, party invitations, cards, labels, business stationery, crafts, printable packages, paper crafts. Cuts on cricut plotter.

Can I edit the lettering and number files?
It depends on the format of each file.

In what format can I download the files?
It depends on which alphabet you download. We work with SVG, PDF, AI (vector) PNG (image with transparent background in 300 dpi) files.

In what size do you send the files?
A4 size - 21 x 29,7 cm (depending on the file)

Can I print on my home printer?
Yes, you can print A4 files (21 x 29.7 cm).

Do you send printed material?
No. We do not send any printed material. Because it is a DIGITAL material, you can print as many copies as you wish. Colors may vary from what you see on your monitor due to monitor calibration. The artwork design, colors and fonts used on the card are shown in the example.

TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:
After you place your order and payment has been confirmed,
you will receive a download notification email
This will be sent to your registered email address.
This email will include a link to refer you to the download page.
If you need your files sent to a different email address,
please contact us when you place your order.

Please note that files can only be downloaded on one computer.
The link will not work if you try to open it on a smartphone / tablet.
You will receive the files in ZIP folder.
To unzip the zip folder, right click on the compressed file (ZIP, RAR)
and in the drop-down menu select the "extract files" option.
This will allow you to choose the folder where the unzipped files will be saved.
Then click on "show" and select the chosen folder.

- The payment you make is strictly for our time and creativity in the designs.
- The file is for personal use only.
- Colors may vary between screen and printed product in any digital file. It is recommended to use a professional printer.
- We do not have the license to own the characters. Our fee is only for the time we spend designing and customizing it for you.
