Once we receive your information, we will start to customize your file
and within 72hs approximately, we will send you an email with the finished design.
The design will be made as shown in the advertisement of the purchased product.

Alphabets / Topper / Clipart
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a download notification email. It will be sent to your registered email address.
This email will include a link that will take you to the download page. If you need the files sent to another email address, please contact us when placing your order. If you need to re-download your orders, you can find them in: --- Your Account - Shopping Cart - Orders - Please note that the files can only be downloaded on one computer. The link will not work if you try to open it on a smartphone / tablet. You will receive the files in a ZIP folder. To unzip the zip folder, right-click on the compressed file (ZIP, RAR) and, from the drop-down menu, select the "Extract Files" option. This will allow you to choose the folder where the unzipped files will be saved. Then click on "show" and select the chosen folder.
